We will contact you when the finished pieces are ready and you’ll have 4 weeks from that time to drop by and collect your work. It is the signee's responsibility to check the minimum age specified for the selected workshop at the time of booking. • Nail Length: For safety and to ensure successful throwing, participants are required to have short nails for the duration of the workshop. ►Payment and Cancellation/Rescheduling ❶ General Bookings (All Sessions and Courses) • Finality of Booking: All sessions and courses are non-refundable and non-transferable once the booking is placed. • Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy are made solely under the discretion of the business owners. ❷ Group Bookings (5 or more people) • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking. • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be settled one week before the session is due to take place. • Late Bookings: Any group sessions booked 7 days or less before the scheduled date will be required to pay in full at the time of booking.
