Pottery Class Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your pottery class booking. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation or Rescheduling:
- Participants are allowed to cancel or reschedule their pottery class booking up to 14 days before the scheduled class time without incurring any penalties.
- Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled class time may only happen if the places are re-filled.
- Cancellations requests made within 7 days of the scheduled class time will not be refunded.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
- Participants must notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests by contacting our studio directly via phone, email, or in-person visit.
- Please provide your name, order number, and the date and time of the class you wish to cancel or reschedule.
Refunds and Credits:
- Refunds or credits for cancelled or rescheduled classes will be issued based on the cancellation policy outlined above.
- Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process and will be issued using the original payment method.
- Credits for rescheduled classes will be applied to the participant's account and can be used towards future class bookings.
Emergency Situations:
- In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter an emergency situation that prevents you from attending your scheduled class.
